Xcheck Quality Assurance

1. Annual membership fee paid is only to use Xcheck Quality Assurance lab finder service (Website, Android Application/IOS) to search laboratories as per the scope of NABL accreditation certificate issued by NABL to various laboratories. All other services are additional and Xcheck QA Pvt Ltd may increase or decrease the additional services.

2. Laboratories are supposed to respond the queries however Xcheck Quality Assurance Pvt Ltd is not be responsible for the same.User may also approach directly to laboratories.

3. Xcheck Quality Assurance Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the testing/ calibration estimategiven by laboratories.However final estimate given by laboratories will not be changed and discount may be offered to the client is the sole discretion of laboratory.

4. Sample pickup and delivery chargesare in addition to membership chargesif opted to utilise the porter.com service for pickup and delivery of samples to the selected laboratory through Xcheck Quality AssurancePvt Ltd platforms.

5. Testing charges arein addition to membership charges and to be paidbefore commencement of the test if user want to receive the test /calibration status and reportsthrough Xcheck Quality AssurancePvt Ltd platforms.

6. Xcheck Quality AssurancePvt Ltd is not responsible for any error/discrepancy in the test report issued by the laboratories. Users are advice to check reports issued by laboratories and any error/query/discrepancy to be raised within two working day and laboratories are responsible to correct the error/ discrepancy.

7. Xcheck Quality AssurancePvt Ltd is not be responsible for any dispute between user and laboratories if work order is not placed through Xcheck Quality AssurancePvt Ltd.
