Public Users
Nonindustrial public users are required to register and create an account Xcheck Web Portal to utilise NABL & NABH medical laboratory finder service. This service is provided free of cost to generate the awareness in public that NABL or NABH accreditation status should be checked before utilising the service of any medical laboratory or hospital

Industrial Users
Industrial users are required to register and create an account on Xcheck Web Portal to utilise Xcheck NABL laboratory finder application for Industrial testing Laboratories and calibration laboratories. Annual membership charge to utilise NABL lab finder service is 1000 plus GST. Membership will be valid for one year.

Laboratory Users
NABL accredited laboratories are required to register and create an account on Xcheck Web portal to receive the online queries from users. Annual membership charge to receive queries is 10000 plus GST. Membership will be valid for one year.

Consultancy Service
The Individuals/Companies who want to avail consultancy services are also required to register under Industrial user. Service charge will be decided on case basis as per the requirement of the customer.

Sample pick up and drop facility
Industrial users are required to pay sample pickup and delivery charges in addition to membership charges if they opt to utilise the porter.com service for pickup and delivery of samples to the selected laboratory through Xcheck QA Pvt Ltd platforms

Testing charges for industrial User
Industrial users are required to pay testing charges in advance before commencement of the test as per the estimate given by the laboratory. If user want to receive the test /calibration status and reports through Xcheck QA Pvt Ltd web platform.Xcheck QA Pvt Ltd will further pay testing/calibration charges to the laboratories as per the policy after receipt of testing/calibration reports.
